All decals are shipped through USPS with a stamp. Decals are made of permanent vinyl. They come with a transfer tape to help place them where you'd like them to be. Once on, they can be removed with a razor blade or finger nail if you'd like to peel it off. They do not have a white boarder around the words like stickers do.
